Supply and Installation

Our dedicated and expert team of installers operate in many parts of the UK and outside our area of operation we can sometimes recommend other companies to install our products. JLC installers are used to working in diverse environments from domestic households to building sites and airports. We are also happy to represent your company on site. All of our installers are Automatic Door Suppliers Association approved.

Quotations

Step 1 Call or e-mail our sales department to request a free of charge, no obligation survey. Your details will be taken and passed to a surveyor who will call to make an appointment.
Step 2 Our surveyor meets you on site, ascertains your requirements and discusses the options available with you.
Step 3 Quotation produced and sent to you.

If it's just a budget price you're after in the first instance contact our sales team who will endeavour to give you a guideline. Any supporting drawings, sketches, photographs and any other specification can be e-mailed, faxed or posted. For automatic doors the completion of our self-survey forms can normally generate an accurate quotation.

Guarantees

All JLC installations are covered by a one-year on-site guarantee. This does not apply to situations where we are installing equipment supplied by others or commissioning an installation. After the first year guarantee has expired, a service contract can be taken out.

Payment

Orders are required in writing and can be e-mailed, faxed or posted. Account customers have terms of 30 days net, to apply please complete and return our Credit Account Application Form. Credit accounts are available for business-to-business transactions only. Where a credit account is not opened and for private customers, a deposit of 50% is required with the order and the balance is payable on completion of the work.

Lead time

From receipt of order most installations can be carried out within 2-3 weeks of your order being placed. Where a more urgent response is required every endeavour is made to help you meet your deadline.
